The Zebra Coalition (Facebook | Website) has just launched the Jefferson R. Voss Education Fund to support LGBTQ students in the Central Florida area, to “achieve their full academic and leadership potential.”

The Zebra Coalition was founded in response to the growing number of LGBT+ youth who are homeless, bullied and need assistance in Central Florida. It is a network of Central Florida social service providers, government agencies, schools, and colleges and universities that provide an array of services to at-risk LGBT+ youth.

Applications are now open for students interested in funding assistance for GED programming and testing, career and technical schools, community college and scholarships to  the University of Central Florida. Click HERE to get more information on the fund and how to apply or contribute monthly donations.
