Orlando Health chooses new Lucerne developer

-

UPDATE

As reported in an exclusive piece by the Orlando Business Journal earlier today, a new developer has been found to continue the former Lucerne Pavilion project.

The 10-acre lot will become a mixed-use development under the guidance of CNL Commercial Real Estate (Website) and Crescent Communities LLC (Website). The two entities will be buying and redeveloping the property into a mixed-use project featuring new retail shops, restaurants, hotel rooms and apartments.

The project was originally going to be constructed by GDC Properties LLC, but Orlando Health severed their contract back in February.
