SPONSORED: This 1371 SF, 3/2, block home in College Park [Gmap] is for sale in College Park.

The house, built in 1952, is just a few blocks west of Health Village and a SunRail stop, two blocks south of Orlando Junior Academy, two blocks north of an exit and entrance ramp to the interstate, and four blocks east of the College Park Community Center and only a bit further to get to Edgewater Drive.

It also happens to be the original bungalow, owned by the founder of Bungalower.com himself.

It has been completely renovated and remodeled with Tuscan tile in the living area and wood laminate in the guest rooms.

The backyard features a covered lanai and separate utility building with power, shelving and workbench.

They are asking $269,000.

  1. Great house. Love bungalow. Wish city would zone these areas bungalow only. No condos

  2. Price per sq ft has been rising in that area for the last 10+ years. I’ll just stick to right outside the area and get a lot more for a lot less. Not to knock their listing, as I’m sure it’s really quite nice, and convenient to the sunrail and hospitals, but it just isn’t the most “bang for your buck” so to speak.

  3. Price per sqft is going up in this area. Good luck and give me a call should you hit the market!
