This edition of House of the Day was inspired by a local piece in the New York Times on three special homes in California, Florida, and Montana.

All three homes are listed at, or around, $650,000.

The Florida home, is a 2,927 SF 1920s bungalow with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. It’s in the Lake Copeland district [Gmap] in Downtown South, and the Blankner/Boone school district. The street is lined with old-growth oak trees and other beautiful bungalows.

The house was renovated in 2008 and features hardwood floors and contemporary fixtures.
