At least it’s at night but why? I thought they were doing this in phases, starting with the Maitland Blvd. interchange. Doesn’t make any sense if they do it all at once unless there’s other reasons.

If they got the Army Corps of Engineers on this, the entire project would be completed in six months and at 1/3 the budget.
