Of course it’s a sponsored link. But if you go about three blocks down on the corner of Marks and Laurel is the most unique and beautiful home in all of Orlando. It’s an English castle with a medieval feel and beautiful ancient oaks. True charm.

I remember going through this house when it was partially constructed and abandoned for a few years….there were homeless living inside, littered with trash and it smelled of urine…glad to see someone cleaned it up but it’s a hard image to get out of my head. Still happy it is complete and no longer a burden on the hood.
It also has no yard or privacy, not sure how they are gonna fit a pool there. Good luck selling at that price point.
I see this house every other day since in sorta my neighborhood. As a designer in various trends I don’t see anything spectacular about this home. The location for that type of asking price isn’t all that great since it’s right in front of a high school. The road to get there is terrible paved and will destroy your car. I looked through the photos and I didn’t even see a photo of the pool? Is that even built? The house does not go with the neighborhood style and just because it has ceramic roof tile doesn’t quite make it Mediterranean. Lol this house belongs in one of those pretentious winter park neighborhoods with exaggerated homes.
On the other hand, I’m glad that its sellers are subsidizing Bungalower. At least they’re doing something useful with their money.

And it’s literally made out of styrofoam! When the sea levels rise, and Orlando is underwater, it’ll float just fine (major selling point, IMO).

It’s a behemoth, an eyesore that has taken way too long to build and a faux Mediterranean McMansion out of character with the neighborhood.
