The Church Street Mainstreet District (Website) is looking for a new Executive Director.
The Full-time position would begin in September of this year and deals with mostly event management, hospitality/tourism in one of downtown Orlando’s oldest districts.
The job pays $55,000 a year plus bonus and commission potential, as well as free parking, health insurance and two weeks paid vacation.
- Bonus 1: 10% of all events profits: quarterly events, weekly events, special events
- Bonus 2: 10% of all net sponsorship sales that ED generates
- Bonus 3: 5% of all net sponsorship sales that are third-party generated that the ED manages
