PowerDMS (Facebook | Website), a document management tech company, has officially moved into the third floor of the Church Street Exchange building.

The company celebrated the move by having a fun, lavish party (that we managed to get into) and by holding a sand pouring ceremony with the Mayor. The ceremony symbolized the company’s commitment to growing their already highly successful company, in Orlando.

The company serves over 300,000 users with a staff of 80 employees.

We wrote about PowerDMS moving into the space last year, when it was announced that they would be building a rooftop garden that would face the interstate. To read that piece, click HERE. When we spoke with PowerDMS staff, they mentioned that that idea was still on the back burner, as they are still unpacking boxes and getting settled into their new space.
