New wine bar comes to Downtown South
The Swirlery Wine Bar (Facebook) has opened in Downtown South.

Small intimate place. Superb wine choices. Cool wall behind the bar. Staff is ok. Back room is awkwardly bright. Needs more seating. I may be back.
