According to the Orlando Sentinel, Tim Majors, the president of Majors Investments (Website) has purchased the former Orlando Surgery Center in Ivanhoe Village [GMap].
Majors will be renovating the space in order to use it to house a number of projects associated with his business.
The 20,000 SF building has been empty for seven years.
