Ask Bungalower: What’s happening with the lot at Mills and Nebraska?

We spoke with our friends in the Municipal Planning department and nothing is on the books for this corner [GMap]. A number of Bungalower readers have been asking us if a new business would be going into the former Pauly’s Diner space, just across the street from the new Mills Park development, as the chain link fence (pictured above) had recently been removed.

City officials told us that Starbucks and a medical group had both looked at the space but both have since moved on.
