Siles Corp, a real estate firm based out of Fort Lauderdale, has signed a letter of intent to develop the Orlando Sentinel property between East Concord and Amelia, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
The property is over seven acres large and is mostly being used as a parking lot. If Stiles gets its way, it could potentially begin work on the first piece of the a mixed-use redevelopment plan for the parcel.

That could help push downtown’s center of gravity to the north. Nice.
If it’s it’s anything like them removing the contaminated soil from the Orlando Mountain Bike Park it’ll take 2 years+
Most likely the same way they’re doing it at the old power station site in Ivanhoe Village, remove all of the contaminated soil.
Now if only someone could do something about the awful Orlando sentinel..
How are they going to remediate the underground chemical plumes and contaminated soil?
