On Friday, October 2 at 9 a.m., the Mayor along with Greg Nadeau, the Federal Highway Administrator, will hold a forum to examine a draft report on the future of America’s transportation infrastructure over the next thirty years.
In short, the report predicts that a rapidly growing population, partnered with more freight, and rampant urbanization will lead to nation-wide gridlock, unless changes are made immediately.
The forum will ask for public feedback from elected officials, citizens, industry professionals, business owners and more, on the report.
The forum will be held at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
