The Hide Shop in College Park [GMap] is offering leather working workshops on the first and third Wednesdays each month.
The owner of Hide Shop (Website), Ed Ratanun, guides workshop first timers in how to create their own belts. Participants, choose their color, the buckle, and then customize their belts themselves. Workshops cost $60.
Ratanun also sells his own handcrafted goods in the shop, ranging from watchbands to notebook cases.
