losab Awe thanks!! And congrats to you is in order too!
Kathryn was our realtor and she is awesome!
It’s now the best price and value in Lake Como (proper – meaning the area surrounding the lake).
Yes, we actually just reduced the price to $179,000.
Kathryn Stelljes has the price been reduced?
I actually wrote a blog about this – I personally love the old tile color combos and a lot of buyers do too. But if you have the unfortunate mustard and ketchup color combo, then you may want to replace! http://www.historichomesorlando.com/2015/09/10/is-retro-tile-back-in-style/
Steve for your dad?
We had pink/Gray and yellow/green
We can consider it after we get this one wrapped up…www.MyHomePlanet.us
as far as bathroom tiles go it seems to be mostly hot pink and green. our are white but i chipped the paint one day and it’s pink and green under there…
Great area. Always love to see the what the original tile color in the bathrooms were in the older homes in this area. Fortunately, we got robin’s egg blue and gray.
Thanks to the bungalower for sharing! This is a perfect first time buyer home!
Thanks for sharing my listing! Just a quick note, it was not last sold in 2009. This is a one family home since it was built. Sometimes Zillow has inaccurate data, but you can verify on the tax appraiser site. Thanks again for sharing!
