over $300 a foot to live in the middle of Viet town. Lolz
Quite ambitious on the price.
Not to mention location, location, location!
Oh and a giant lot! Perfect for a pool or guest house.
… the home is beautiful and i don’t doubt the quality craftsmanship one bit; however, do you believe the home will appraise at list price? hopefully it does! 🙂
Hi Alex, owners here. We understand, however, the house is essentially a new home. The house was is MUCH worse shape than anyone anticipated and needed a ton of work. You are paying for seriously quality craftsmanship, new everything, and warranties also 🙂
… cute bungalow, but at over $300 a square foot, this seems overpriced.
