According to a post by the Orlando Business Journal, Swalstead Jewelers will be closing its doors.
The lease for the space was to end soon, and rather than renew it, owner Elliott Leavitt chose to retire.
The family-owned business has been open for 90 years in its Citrus Center location in the Central Business District [GMap]. The now empty space is directly next to the upcoming Dunkin’ Donuts location, which is slated to open in early December.
