The former Cruises Only/Euro Living building in Mills 50 [GMap] will have two new tenants soon, a pizza place and a local butcher.

UCF’s Lazy Moon Pizza (Facebook | Website) will be taking over a 5,000 SF space on the bottom floor of the multi-storied building. Their application was filed on October 29, 2015.

Also opening downstairs will be a new local butcher and delicatessen called Orlando Meats.

 

We’ve reached out to the owners of both businesses and will post more details as they come to our attention.

  5. Both new business will be open in the first quarter of the year, stay tuned we have more exciting news to come for the 1011 East building. I do have a few select office suites avaiable.

  19. Also the gmap link goes to lazy moon’s current ucf location. Shouldn’t it be the new location instead?
