According to Chamberlin’s Market and Cafe (Website) head office, Winter Park Village [GMap] will not be allowing them to renew their lease and they are actively seeking a new location in Winter Park.

Chamberlin’s Market and Cafe specializes in full-service natural foods and groceries with natural supplements, cruelty-free, all-natural personal care items and more. They have locations in Oviedo Market Place, Dr. Phillips, Altamonte Springs, Lakeland, and Kissimmee.

The marketing person we spoke with said the lease would likely end in June of next year and that they were actively looking for a new location.

We have reached out to Winter Park Village for their future plans for the Chamberlin’s Market space, which is only a block away from the booming Trader Joe’s complex.

  1. Chamberlin’s has been great in that area for decades. It should stay. Easy to park and patronize while shopping nearby. I won’t go downtown.

  2. Only reasonable reason for the landlord not to renew is Publix worked in an exclusivity agreement recently that won’t allow the landlord to renew. If no other grocery goes in then pretty safe guess.

  3. Brilliant idea! North Orange would be a great spot that’s lacking an easy-to-get-to grocery store!

  4. WPV isn’t renewing it or chamberlains isn’t?
Kind of odd they’d kick out a tenant if they’re paying. I smell conspiracy
