The Nova restaurant (named after its location at the corner of North Orange and Virginia) was scheduled to open this past November but has since hit a few snags, according to the General Manager.
The new farm to table restaurant will be opening in the former home of Brian’s and Elliott’s Public House. The new owner, Mark Stillman, has a number of successful restaurants under his belt and has completely gutted the building to better match his grand vision for the space.
Despite the sign out front, pictured above, the restaurant will now most likely be opening in January.
