The Westminster Towers on Lucerne Circle have submitted a permit application to expand their senior housing in Downtown South.
Westminster Towers [GMap], owned by Presbyterian Retirement Communities, is a high-rise retirement facility just south of Downtown Orlando.
The location of the proposed 14-story expansion is just across the street from the current location. The developer is proposing to connect the two properties with a pedestrian bridge over Lucerne Terrace.
The new building would feature a five-story parking structure.
The site is not within the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District but is very close to the upcoming Orlando Health Lucerne project. More on that HERE.
