Watermark (Website), the local LGBT newspaper, has been purchased by current publisher Rick Claggett.
The sale of the the paper will be final on January 1, 2016, transferring ownership of the bi-weekly newspaper and associated media from longtime owner Tom Dyer to his former associate Rick Claggett. Dyer maintains ownership of the company’s real estate portfolio in Orlando and St. Petersburg.
This follows on a number of changes that occurred in 2015 the largest of which was wooing well-known writer Billy Manes to be their new Editor-in-Chief.
