Eight new townhomes coming to the corner of Morse and Virginia in Winter Park

Phil Kean Real Estate (Website) is building a series of Brownstone townhomes in downtown Winter Park  on the Northwestern corner of Morse Boulevard and North Virginia Avenue [GMap].

The new development will be only two blocks away from Park Avenue, Hannibal Square, and the Winter Park SunRail station in Central Park.

The eight single family townhomes will have private garages and entrance ways and will front Morse Boulevard. Two villas will be tucked behind the project and face Virginia Drive.

The residences will each be three-stories tall  and range from 3,000 to 4,500 SF.
