PhD student Robert Manduca (Website) has created a series of interactive maps based on public data. This specific map reveals the movement of people between American population centers. The image above shows where people are migrating from to get to Orlando.

The size of the circle is proportional to the population of the people in that area. blue is people migrating to that space and yellow represents those that are leaving. The migration data was collected from the IRS and the population and CBSA geography data is from the U.S. Census Bureau.
