Hammered Lamb and their catering company Little Lamb (Website) will be hosting a party in cooperation with Florida Little Dog Rescue (Website) to watch the Puppy Bowl on a giant outdoor screen at the Veranda in Thornton Park [GMap].
Florida Little Dog Rescue has 12 pups playing in the Bowl this year; eight as starters and six in the Fantasy Draft Team. Two will be featured in the “Pup Close” segments, and Cara, who was the MVP from the game last year, has been inducted into the PB Hall of Fame. Scroll down to see her photo.
Tail-gating begins at 2 p.m. with the game starting at 3 p.m., followed by the Veranda’s Superbowl party.
Dogs and puppies are welcome and encouraged.
