Beginning Monday, April 18th, local farm-to-table delivery service, Farm-Haus (Facebook Website), will start carrying a curated selection of vegan dishes from Market on South rockstars, Dixie Dharma (Facebook | Website)!
Dixie Dharma will be considered a guest chef on the menu, and will start by offering one vegan option per week.
Take a look at the dishes they have lined up already:
  1. Carolina BBQ Maitake Mushrooms: mashed root veg, seabean succotash
  2. Jackfruit Crabby Patties: farro hoppin’ john, fenugreek remoulade & green tomato chow-chow
  3. Chimichurri Portabello Flank: creamed greens & freekeh, pickled watermelon radish
  4. Soul Bowl: mac n’ cheese, collards, mashed sweet potato, jerked split yellow pea tempeh
Farm-Haus options, dishes will be available to purchase up until 3:00 p.m. at for dinner delivered to your door (office, or wherever!) that same night.
Editor’s Note: No word on if they’ll be adding the always-sold-out vegan donuts to the delivery service. But we’re hoping they do.
