The Appearance Review Board will be discussing the viability of a future office/retail building on the corner of North Summerlin Avenue and East Colonial Drive [GMap].
The developer is seeking a Major Certificate of Appearance Approval for a new 6,400 SF, two-story building with ground floor retail and second floor office. Parking will be moved to the back.
The ARB will be looking at this project at the May 11 meeting.
I’ve wondered a long time why this big vacant lot wasn’t attracting attention. I always hoped maybe a nice cafeteria would come along to replace the Piccadilly and Morrison’s we lost years back. We loved going to the Piccadilly when it was on E. Colonial. (Sigh)
