The owner of a two-story office building on Magnolia Avenue has applied for a Major Certificate of Appearance Approval for a facade renovation, including a color change and balcony additions.
The 7,518 SF building sits close to the corner of Robinson and Magnolia [GMap] ad was originally built in 1954. The owner is proposing to knock out the front/west wall of the building and add three balconies, a subsequent “eyebrow” over the balconies, and to enclose the front of the building with glass and millwork. The applicant is also proposing to cut out more windows on the north and south sides of the building.
