Egg & I unexpectedly closed up shop

This is part of a series of posts by the Downtown South Mainstreet District. Downtown South, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, was established in the fall of 2008 by a group of local residents and business owners, who recognized its potential and wanted to make a difference in the quality of life for all. 

“In a sudden and unexpected move, Egg & I (Website) in the Sodo Shopping Center closed its doors for business last week. Although there was speculation that a new business would eventually move into its space, we never expected it to happen so abruptly. As details become available, we (Downtown South) will keep you posted on who will be setting up shop in the Orange Ave. facing property.”
