Farm-Haus Delivery (Website) is taking over the stall in East End Market that Bookmark It has freshly vacated, more on that HERE.
Farm & Haus will be a separate endeavor from the delivery service and will specialize in on-site eats and retail. Brittany Walsh Lyne, one-half of the team behind the business, told us that they will be expanding in many arenas over the next month or so; they are looking for a new, off-site production kitchen, frozen food, and grab-and-go food offerings.
The frozen food will have old favorites like their chicken pot pie or lasagna.
The focus will remain on healthy, good, fast food. The new space will offer mainly breakfast and lunch as well as some dinner – all with seasonal, house-made provisions. Lyne told us they would have build-your-own grain bowls, curated sandwiches and salads, and bircher muesli, “basically fresh, fast, awesome food.”
Farm-Haus meal pickup options will also be available for those who did not pre-order with the old service.
Farm & Haus is expecting to open in July.
