The former Orlando Surgery Center in Ivanhoe Village is slated to become something much different in the coming year. We wrote about the building being purchased by Australian businessman Tim Majors, of Majors Investments (Website) in August, 2015, HERE.
According to the College Park Community Paper, the building at 2000 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] will store Majors’ vintage car collection on the bottom floor and an outdoor bar and private offices on the second floor for his employees. The third floor will be home to the M Lounge, a rooftop bar that will be open to the public from Thursday through Saturday.
Also mentioned in the College Park Paper is the addition of an exterior glass elevator on East Yale Street for access to the M Lounge.
The building is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
