The current home of Downeast of Winter Park (Facebook) at 130 N. Park Ave. [GMap], will soon be available to lease. Downeast, the clothing store with the dressed-up stuffed bear, will not be renewing their lease. We contacted the store early last week but the owners declined to comment.
The two-story space is 7,124 SF will be available September 1 and is surrounded by popular businesses like Prato, Lilly Pulitzer, Eileen Fisher, Williams-Sonoma, Potter Barn, and Lululemon.
