  1. DowntownGuy  Just like at the corner of Summerlin and Kaley, cute little shake shingle house torn down and two Waterford Lakes house went up.

Also, all the beautiful old Live Oaks on the property were destroyed to squeeze two houses on the lot – but hey, the Mayor says we’re the Tree City!

  2. We notice that a lot, apparently anything south of downtown, from the hospitals east to about Bumby is “Delaney Park”

  3. Kinda’ bland for a great neighborhood like that. I don’t understand why builders don’t respect the personality of a neighborhood when they build something like this.

  4. This is not in Delaney Park. The neighborhood is Lake Davis /Greenwood. Delaney Park is west of Summerlin.

  5. It looks like a suburban tract home with upgraded kitchen/bath features. Decent place if you’re the type of person that would want to live somewhere like Lake Nona, but the draw to Delaney Park is the charm of the well-built and detailed homes that have graced the neighborhood for decades. This looks like something a contractor designed to make a quick buck.
