The Pizzuti Companies will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer and other local dignitaries this Thursday at their newly opened development, The Sevens. The celebration beings at 5:30 p.m.

The new 333-unit, multi-family development is located at 777 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] and offers a mix of studio, and one/two bedroom apartments. The building also has a rooftop pool deck, fitness center overlooking Lake Concord, dog parks for large and small breeds, covered parking garage, and ground-floor retail space.
The rooms run between 612 to 1,252 SF.
