The Basement (Facebook | Website) will be renaming their kitchen soon, and it’s new name will be Taco68.

Taco68 (Facebook | Instagram) will still be owned by the Basement, but it will be used to push a new concept, from within the bar. Visitors will be able to place orders through their bartender, but during busier times, there will also be a “Taco Window” that people can order from. According to their Facebook page they will be a “Mexican-fusion restaurant featuring specialty tacos.

Details are still being ironed out, according to Basement staff, but they are hoping for an August 19 grand opening.
