Swanson’s Ivanhoe Row is the string of retail buildings located on Orange Avenue, that face Lake Ivanhoe and Gaston Edward’s Park, the anchor tenant of which is arguably Hammered Lamb. The entire stretch is owned by Bob Swanson, hence the name. A number of those spaces have opened up recently, causing a number of existing tenants and new businesses to shuffle around in the coming month.

Cloak and Dapper (Website | Facebook) has moved out of their Ivanhoe Village space, making room for an upcoming expansion of Paper Goat Post, who are moving into the now-vacant shop from only a few feet to the South.

We wrote about Paper Goat Post (Facebook | Website) opening in July, 2015, HERE.

Humble Bumble Kombucha (Facebook) will be taking over the space left by Retromended Vintage’s (Facebook | Website) recent move to the Mills 50 District. More on that HERE. The fermented-mushroom-tea slingers will have control over the shaded courtyard area, directly in front of the shop. Humble Bumble has launched a GoFundMe campaign HERE to help cover the costs of the move and their hopeful Kombucha Bar.

You may recognize Humble Bumble Kombucha from their presence at the Market on South in the Milk District.

There was a rumor was that Dora Mae (Instagram Website) was moving into the Paper Goat Post space, but we’ve since confirmed that that is not happening. Leaving a prime retail spot in the Row open.

A real estate office title company will also be leaving soon, making room for an unnamed jewelry vendor.

Despite an earlier report by the Orlando Sentinel concerning them losing their lease, Backhaus German Bakery is still open for business. For the moment. More on that HERE.

  1. Hey Bungalower- just clarifying…we are a title company, not a real estate office moving out of Ivanhoe Row. We are moving to 1011 Colonial Dr #408 – the old cruises only building that has been remodeled. We are growing and need additional space but will miss the view at Ivanhoe Row!
