Exhibition Tour with Curator Amy Galpin, Ph.D.
Join Dr. Amy Galpin for a tour of the current exhibition “This Side of Modernism: Twentieth Century American and British Artists, 1890-1945,” which runs through December 18, 2016. Drawing from the Museum’s permanent collection, the exhibition “This Side of Modernism” reinforces the notion that there are multiple modernisms and a version of modern art practiced in both the United States and England emphasized representation imagery.

Don’t keep this curiosity door locked, join us for an epic listening party celebrating all things STRANGER! PACDs will be transformed into the Byers’ living room, and we’ll have a DIY waffle bar (so don’t leggo that Eggo)! We’ll be stocking the regular “VHS” black vinyl, clear with black “smoke” swirl vinyl, and clear vinyl editions, quantities will vary GREATLY!

Song Bird Sanctuary Kick Off
Lets all take this next step in making the Audubon Park Garden District the first ecodistrict in Central Florida by creating a songbird sanctuary here. Come out Saturday October 29, 9 am to noon, to help plant native shrubs, ground covers and flowers provided by GreenUp Orlando. The trees currently in Songbird Park are great, but the rest of the plants there do little to support native wildlife.
