Join us for an exchange of ideas and words in the beautiful Church Street Exchange Building. With the panel beginning at 8 a.m. November’s speakers; Michele Levy, League of Women Voters; Eliza Harris Juliano, Planner and Urbanist; and Trevor Fraser, Reporter and Wonk; will discuss this month’s topic.

Bike Fridays from Audubon Park
Live in Audubon Park Garden District and work in Downtown Orlando? Bike with us to work and discover something new about Orlando. We will meet at 7am every first Friday from October to December at East End Market in the Audubon Park Garden District. reThink Program Manager and Cycling Savvy Instructor Courtney Reynolds will lead the ride to downtown, using trails, bike lanes and traffic lanes as appropriate/available.

Metamorphoses presented by CFCArts Theatre
Metamorphoses Based on the myths recorded by the Roman poet Ovid (43 BC – 17 AD), Metamorphoses uses an ensemble of actors to retell ancient stories of gods and fortunes both good and bad. Originally produced at Chicago’s Lookingglass Theatre Company, Metamorphoses has been performed on Broadway and toured around the world. A shallow pool serves as the primary scenic element and is one of the hallmarks of Zimmerman’s adaptation of the classical myths.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow: Birdhouse Installation Gathering
Join us and our friends at Se7enbites as we paint 49 birdhouses to be installed in front of their new location in the Milk District. We will be providing the paint and brushes and a number of birdhouses as well, but feel free to bring your own birdhouse to the party and we will swap it in. We are hoping to install the birdhouses as they are completed that day. Weather permitting.

The Hidden Continent: Alien Bodies is a submission based event seeking queer writers, artists, and performers exploring themes of otherness, strangeness, discovery, foreignness, alienation, and our outer reaches.
