This cobbled-together office building at 112 East Concord Street [GMap] could look very different if the owner has his way.

The owner is proposing to separate the building into two separate residential properties, allowing car access through the center of the lot to parking spaces at the back. The new plans would preserve the colloquial architectural flavor of the original buildings.

The plan goes before the Municipal Planning Board on December 20, 2016.
