According to City reports, a new mast arm signal will be installed at the intersection of Baldwin Park Street and Lake Baldwin Lane [GMap].
Currently there is no signal at the intersection.
Another intersection that is getting a mast arm signal is the corner of Summerlin and Michigan in Thornton Park, although that effort was supposed to be completed in April, 2016. More on that project HERE.
