A Conditional Use Permit application was filed to permit the operation of a contract brewery and coffee roasting manufacturer in the current home of Clean the World. The Clean the World building, located on the corner of North Hughey Avenue and West Robinson Street [GMap], was recently rezoned as an Urban Activity Center following a request that was filed in March. The project application also calls for a tasting room. The working name of the development is Brew Theory.
According to a report HERE by Paul Brinkmann of the Orlando Sentinel the plan was filed by Jeremy Roberts, the man behind the brewery that was hoping to locate at the former Fiat dealership downtown. More on that HERE.
