UPDATE – CITY OF ORLANDO – LAKE ALERT FOR LAKE PINELOCH AND LAKE WADE- LIFTED
City Stormwater personnel have uncovered elevated fecal coliform levels in Lake Pineloch and nearby Lake Wade. The City is advising that all activities on both lakes cease until further notice.
The cause of the spike in bacteria levels is unknown at this time but the Stormwater Division will continue to monitor the water quality over the next few weeks.
