Carlucci’s of Winter Park closed their doors on November 20.
The casual Italian restaurant was located in the Kmart shopping plaza at 501 North Orlando Avenue [GMap]. The Kmart store has been closed for roughly three years and the retail stretch is part of a larger redevelopment project by Sterling Organization, which bought it back in 2013.
According to the site plan below, Carlucci’s was expected to stay in as a tenant.
