SPONSORED: United Arts of Central Florida (Facebook Website) will be hosting “Arts For All Day,” a community open house of arts and cultural organizations throughout the region.

The new arts festival is a family-friendly affair taking place in Loch Haven Park’s outdoor exhibit spaces as well as the Mennello Museum of American Art, the Orlando Museum of Art, Orlando Repertory Theatre, Orlando Science Center, and Orlando Shakespeare Theater. The Orlando Science Center will be charging a discounted admission.

The free event will be held on Saturday, February 4 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Loch Haven Cultural Park and is framed as a low-barrier way to experience the diverse variety of high-quality arts and cultural offerings that are available in Orlando, all in one day and all in the same location.

More than 60 local artists and cultural organizations will present theatre, music, dance, visual art, spoken word, history, science and more, including opportunities for attendees to learn about various art forms and participate.  There will also be an interactive, digital media exhibit inside of the Orlando Museum of Art that will take attendees through exciting virtual worlds.

A children’s area will provide opportunities for hands-on arts activities, shows, and babysitting services.

While Arts for All Day is a free event, space is limited in the venues, and a pre-registration is required to obtain a free entry wristband, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To learn more about the event and to register for a free wristband, click HERE.
