The City of Orlando has already broken ground on the Colonial pedestrian bridge that will connect the Orlando Urban Trail to Gertrude’s Walk in Downtown, as shown below.

The 200 foot-long bridge was already approved by the Appearance Review Board in December, 2016, but they had a requirement that any lighting designs would have to come back before the board for final approval.

The below lighting plan is designed to highlight the architecture of the bridge and has been recommended for approval by the ARB staff.
