The 2017 Easter Bonnet Jubilee was held Saturday, April 15 at The Venue in Ivanhoe Village, and saw over 50 people creating over-the-top hats as part of a fundraiser for the Zebra Coalition (Website).
The hats were paraded in a runway-style show and contest, followed by an “Easter Bonnet Sashay” through Ivanhoe Village as part of a pub crawl to various bars and restaurants nearby.
They raised over $1,000 in donations for the local charity.
The evening was hosted by downtown residents: Wes Brown, Shanon Larimer, Michael Hodges, Rob Nicoletti, Brian Mathis, Andrew Summers, Chris Bertoch, Alex Carr, Clayton Glover, Larry Smith, and Vince Koehle.
