SPONSORED: The Orlando Museum of Art will be celebrating the opening of the 2017 Florida Prize in Contemporary Art on June 2, at 7 p.m.

This is the fourth year for the Florida Prize exhibition, and this year’s event will feature ten of the most progressive, and exciting contemporary artists in the state of Florida. One of the artists will be selected to win a monetary prize during the exhibit, which will run through August 20, 2017. Click HERE to see this year’s amazing artists.

The event features the culinary “artistry” of some of Orlando’s best restaurants and caterers, listed in the sponsors graphic below, each offering custom dishes that were inspired by the ten Florida Prize artists.

Guests will also be able to enjoy beer, wine, and specialty cocktails provided by the event’s beverage sponsors while mingling with the artists, listening to live music, and exploring the exhibit. Attendees will also have a chance to cast a “People’s Choice” vote for their favorite artist.

VIP Admission is $50 and allows for early access to the exhibit and the artists, an open bar and access to a VIP bar which is available all night, as well as a complimentary valet service. Regular admission is $30 and tickets can be purchased HERE. All food and beverages are included in the ticket price. Revenue generated by ticket sales will go towards supporting the Florida Prize.
