UPDATE: A representative of the Canin Family Foundation has informed us that the webinar is not a prerequisite of the in-person workshop.
The Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District is partnering with the Incremental Development Alliance and Canin Family Foundation on an upcoming webinar and workshop to empower residents to affect change in their communities through small scale development.
Lessons include training on how to develop multi-family and mixed-use buildings using a standard FHA or VA mortgage vs. commercial financing.
The Small Scale Development webinar will take place on June 1 at noon. Click HERE to register.
The free webinar will be followed by an in-person, all-day workshop on June 29 at the Orange County Regional History Center. Cost to attend the workshop varies from $175 for early registration to $235 for last-minute purchases. Click HERE for the day’s program.
The webinar is a pre-requisite for the in-person workshop.
