Burton’s Bar closed in late February, after 80 years in business but is now under new ownership – more on that HERE, who held a soft opening for friends and family on June 4, which we were able to attend.
The interior is largely the same, but more finished, with more colors. There are pool tables, new seating, and a fresh bar top. There are now more than the traditional two beer taps available.
New hours are 4 p.m.-2 a.m. Monday to Friday and noon-2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Burton’s Bar is located at 801 E. Washington Street [GMap].
