The Kadence crew will be hosting a sushi pop-up every Sunday night over the next three weeks (June 11, 18, 25) at Redlight Redlight.

The restaurant group became known in Orlando for their pocket-sized sushi restaurant in East End Market, Kappo, and they are currently building out their new full-sized concept across from Stardust Coffee.

The pop-up will start at 5:30 p.m.; rolls will be first-come, first-served, for six people at a time, until all product is sold. The menu is set up as 10-piece sushi omakase, 5-piece sushi selection, and chirashi.

Editor’s Note: omakase means the chef chooses and chirashi actually translates as “scattered” and refers to a big mixed bowl of fish, bowls, veggies, and other ingredients.
